COCAS does not guarantee release, housing, shelter, employment, a wage, apprenticeship, certification, transportation, benefits, record restriction or expungement, a legal result, treatment placement, family reunification or admission to every program.
COCAS provides reentry screening, planning, supportive services, navigation, training connections, referrals and follow-up based on eligibility, location and program availability.
