Families are screened and approved by COCAS. Public profiles are de-identified, and all sponsorships are coordinated through authorized staff to protect family privacy and safety.

How It Works

The sponsor selects a family, campaign, need category or general donation option.
Review a De-Identified Profile
The sponsor sees an approved family story, household composition, general location, verified needs and sponsorship status.
Make a Pledge or Donation
The sponsor selects items, gift cards, services or a monetary contribution.
Coordinate Through COCAS
COCAS confirms the pledge and provides approved delivery, drop-off, purchasing or payment instructions.
Complete the Sponsorship
Staff confirms that support was received, updates the family's needs and provides the sponsor with an appropriate acknowledgment.
Privacy and Safety
For privacy and safety, sponsors should not contact families directly or exchange personal information unless COCAS has specifically approved and coordinated the interaction.
